Anna Baranowska is an international actress whose career spans Europe, Africa, and Australia.
Born in the Polish mountain town of Świeradów-Zdrój, she grew up surrounded by dance and music, discovering early on a passion for performance. She later lived in Germany, England, and Australia, where she completed an Advanced Diploma in Acting (Stage and Screen).
Anna’s international breakthrough came with Amazon Prime’s Cape Town, filmed in South Africa. In 2018, she starred as Valerie Poiret in season two of Amazon Prime’s You Are Wanted – the first German series to premiere in the U.S. ahead of its worldwide release.
Her additional screen credits include Maria Nowak in Amsterdam Undercover (ARD), Deena Bulgakova in Letzte Spur Berlin (ZDF), Antonia Lewandowska in The Nordic Murders (ARD), and Monika in the Polish feature Cookie for Christmas (Piernikowe serce).
